Groupe Fauché was created in 1963 and is the independent leader in electrical engineering in France. The group employs over 2600 FTE in 120 agencies in France.

In June 2021, EMZ structured a management-centric transaction allowing over 600 employees to gain control of Fauché. In June 2024, management renewed its trust in EMZ on the occasion of a new MBO transaction.
