EMZ TEAMS-UP WITH VIGNAL LIGHTING GROUP’S MANAGEMENT TEAM
En décembre 2018, EMZ s’est associé aux dirigeants de Vignal Lighting Group pour procéder à l’acquisition de la participation d’Eurazeo PME.
Vignal Lighting Group is specialized in designing, manufacturing and marketing of lighting and signalling products and systems for industrial and commercial vehicles.
The acquisition and integration of ABL Lights (2014) and CEA (2016) have supported the group to offer a comprehensive and complementary product ranges on diversified end-markets (trucks, construction, mining, handling, agriculture) and geographies (Europe, Americas, Asia) both in OEM and aftermarket segments.
More recently, Vignal has established a new site in China to follow its historical customers and develop the Asian market, the largest in the world. The group’s turnover has more than doubled in recent years, rising from 47 M€ in 2013 to 115 M€ in 2018.
The transaction structured by EMZ largely associates the capital with the team of Directors at the origin of the Group’s success and in particular Messrs Jean-Louis Coutin, Fabrice Jahan and Emmanuel Magat.
