Karine CALLEC

Karine joined EMZ in March 2023. She has more than 25 years of experience in private equity, structured finance, corporate finance and M&A.

A former lawyer at Norton Rose in Paris, she was successively general counsel of LBO France Gestion, the Corum Butler group and the Fonds de Réserve pour les Retraites. Karine is a graduate of a DESS Business Lawyer and a DJCE. She also holds a lawyer’s degree from the Paris bar.
